BAKED SWEET POTATO RECIPE INGREDIENTS

6 large sweet potatoes
1/2 cup Splenda
1 quart orange juice
2 tablespoons cinammon
2 tablespoons nutmeg
1/4 tablespoon vanilla
1 stick sweet butter

BAKED SWEET POTATO RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
First of all boil sweet potatoes, drain and cool. Peel off jackets and slice lengthwise.
And then place in 2 layers in a oven safe casserole or all purpose aluminum pan. Sprinkle 1/2 Splenda on each layer. Place orange juice and butter in a 2 quart sauce pan.
Next is to heat at medium and add cinnamon and nutmeg and vanilla. Stir until it reaches a soft boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for five minutes. Pour over sweet potatoes.
Cover pan and bake for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake for extra five minutes to brown top. The baked sweet potato recipe is ready to serve...great taste ! Nice one and enjoy !

BAKED STUFFED SWEET POTATOES RECIPE

BAKED SWEET POTATO RECIPE INGREDIENTS

4 medium sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon milk
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained and reserve liquid
6 marshmallows

BAKED SWEET POTATO RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
First of all bake sweet potatoes at 450° until soft. And then cut each sweet potato in half lengthwise and scoop out potato, leaving shell intact. Next is to mash sweet potatoes with butter, salt and milk, along with 1/2 cup
crushed pineapple. Add a little more milk or butter if necessary.
Fill sweet potato shells. Slice marshmallows in half and top each sweet potato with two halves. Top with a spoonful of crushed pineapple.

Put reserved pineapple syrup or juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Drizzle each sweet potato with a little of the juice. Place sweet potatoes under broiler and broil until browned. The baked sweet potato recipe is ready....nice ! Enjoy it !
